Welcome to CUNY's On-line Student Information System

The City University of New York (CUNY), situated in one of the world's pre-eminent cities, is the largest urban university in the United States and its third-largest public university system. 225,000 degree-credit students and 225,000 adult and continuing education students are enrolled for degrees on 19 campuses and 20 institutions throughout the five boroughs of the City of New York.

From a college on Manhattan's posh Park Avenue to a sprawling beach-front campus in Brooklyn, CUNY offers students a rich and diverse array of more than 1000 programs--traditional liberal arts, highly specialized professional and career-oriented courses--and the opportunity to study in a vibrant international capital of finance, entertainment, communications and the arts.

CUNY traces its roots to the 1847 founding of the Free Academy, which later became The City College of New York (CCNY). Then, as today, its mission was to "educate the whole people"--to uphold a commitment to academic excellence while providing equal access to and opportunity for education.

Accessing eSIMs using http://esims.cuny.edu will soon be discontinued (as will this page). You should use your CUNY Portal Username and Password to access eSIMS. If you have not already done so, please go to http://portal.cuny.edu, obtain a Portal Username and Password. Login to the Portal. On your MYPAGE you should see an eSIMS single-signon selection. Click it and your eSIMS menu will be brought up. If the correct college is not made available to you, go to your Portal Profile option on the bottom of the left side panel. Select Modify Profile. Select the college from your Primary Affiliation that you want to register for. Modify the Profile and go back to the eSIMS single-signon selection.
